Genetic Counseling:

Genetic Counseling is an accurate diagnosis and quantitative risk assessment of a disorder. It is to educate the patient and their family of the risk
and effects of the disorder. It is also to inform the patient and his/her family on ways to respond to the risk, and to assist the family on making a
collaborative decision.

    * Developmental diagnosis

  * Prenatal exposure to alcohol and teratogens

  * Chromosomal abnormalities

Family History of Birth Defects

Inpatient Consultations:

  • Newborns in NICU for birth defects and abnormal blood work
  • Also available upon referral of a medical professional is any genetic services for patients of all ages from infant to adulthood
      Cancer:
    Any person who has a family history of cancer and would like a screening test and risk assessment is welcome. Genetic testing can be beneficial in treatment plans for:
