DIRECTIONS

• Take I-69 Exit 116 Dupont Rd

• Go East on Dupont Rd

• Turn Left at the FIRST light on to Parkview Plaza Dr.

• Take a LEFT at the STOP sign on to New Vision Dr.

• Take New Vision Drive around until Entrance # 4 on the LEFT side.

• We are on the 3rd floor of the F.W.M.O.H. building at Entrance # 4.
